Job Title: Associate Facilitator – Team Building & Employee Engagement
Experience: 2+ years

Job Description:

We are looking for young, energetic, fun loving and outgoing professionals with 2+ years experience to facilitate our team building and employee engagement programs for organizations & corporate clients. Candidates with team facilitation skills, zero stage fear and who are able to speak freely in front of large audience can apply for this position. We are looking at grooming promising facilitator onto our trainer platform. The Facilitators who apply for this position must be passionate about the training industry. Highly encouraged if you have team building and facilitation background with great energy to work as a team.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

- Ability and confidence to conduct stand up training and facilitation on your own

- To assist program manager in designing our team building & employee engagement programs

- To support lead facilitator in setting up of training and logistics needs on-site

- Maintain exceptional positive relationship with event participants

- Facilitate participant’s interaction on the training topic

- Willing to learn, work as a team and build a career in the training industry

Requirements & Qualifications:

Preference is given to female graduates in any discipline

- HR experience is good to have and prior experience in the training field is always welcome

- Prior experience in team building and employee engagement is great but not essential

- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with high levels of energy

- Should be willing to travel for programs as and when required

- Willing to learn, work as a team and build a career in the training industry

Job Description:

We’re looking for an enterprising, confident, energetic, well spoken and presentable Sales Professional with 3 to 5 years experience handling sales and business development with organizations & corporate clients. This job involves marketing of our various training programs and events to corporates and organizations, managing relations with existing clients, working on targets, marketing plan preparation and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

- Be the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries.

- identify prospects and call them to fix appointments.

- Respond to sales leads by qualifying and uncovering the client’s goals and objectives

- Pending each client’s needs, forward to the concerned personnel or work directly with the client by proposing the appropriate program/event/solution.

- Assisting other Sales Representatives in the creation of sales proposals and in gathering information necessary for the completion of these proposals.

- Support the entire Sales Team with initiatives that enable the team to be more productive.

- Achieve and exceed periodic sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Preference is given to female graduates in any discipline

- HR experience is good to have and prior experience in the training field is always welcome

- Prior experience in direct sales is a must and should have good relations with corporates and organizations in and around Cochin, Kerala.

- Excellent Communication skills with pleasing personality.

- Candidates with similar industry experience is also given preference.

- Should be willing to travel for client meetings as and when required.
